Email and text threads will live here, matched to the contact record — so the history of a rug and the history of a conversation are the same thing. It needs an inbound channel wired to this account (Cloudflare Email Routing and Resend are already in the stack; nothing is connected to a conversation yet). Nothing here is a placeholder for a real thread.
